X.M. Frascogna, III (Mike) began practicing law with FRASCOGNA COURTNEY, PLLC in 2005 after graduating from Mississippi College School of Law. Mike earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame where he was a member of the Fighting Irish football team under Coach Lou Holtz. Upon graduation, Mike returned to Mississippi to earn an M.B.A. from the Millsaps College Else School of Management. From 1998 through his completion of law school, Mike served as president of two specialty manufacturing and direct mail companies as well as an athletic performance consultant to Nike. During this time, Mike developed extensive expertise in internet and direct mail marketing, global distribution, video production, and strategic business management.
 
Mike now specializes in the areas of entertainment and sports law, and in consulting small business start-ups.
