In September 1973, Leon “Pop” Williams approached X. M. Frascogna, Jr. asking him to “take care of my boys.”  So began the firm’s relationship with the world renowned gospel group known as The Williams Brothers. 

Since that day, the firm has developed a practice representing a wide array of talent, including multi-platinum recording artists, Grammy award winning studios, independent record labels, award winning songwriters, music publishers, artist managers, authors, book publishers, painters, graphic artists, screenwriters, athletes and entertainment/sports event promoters.  Attorneys in our Entertainment Department have diverse backgrounds that enhance their understanding of the industry.  Among other things, our attorneys’ prior experience includes:  booking agents, radio announcers, advertising executives, college football players, athletic video producers and sports camp promoters.
